The National Commission for Securities and Stock Market (NCSM) has updated the list of dubious investment projects and included 10 more cases. This was reported by the Commission's press service.

List of unreliable investment projects

Full list projects are listed on the official website of the Commission in the “Protection of Investor Rights” section.
“The Commission is actively working to identify projects that are created illegally with the aim of deceiving potential investors. And our international colleagues also help us with this. We are grateful to the Financial Conduct Authority (UK Regulator) for promptly providing information. In particular, this allows the Commission to quickly and reasonably make decisions regarding relevant projects,” noted Irakli Baramia, a member of the National Securities Market Commission.
Baramia also calls on citizens who have been deceived or have information about potentially dubious activities in the financial markets, be sure to contact the Commission by email: in**@ns***.ua.
The regulator reminded potential investors of the significant risks associated with investing:
- through persons whose activities on the territory of Ukraine are not is not regulated in any way, persons providing false information about licensed and supposedly official activities in countries with developed financial markets.
