During martial law, the National Bank of Ukraine set a limit on cash withdrawals in banks at the level of UAH 100,000 per day. However, ATMs have their own restrictions. This is evidenced by NBU data.

On the initiative of the NBU, a unified network of branches of Ukrainian banks was created – Power Banking, which includes 2,300 branches. In most branches of the Power Banking network, “ATM national roaming” operates.
In this network, cash withdrawals (ATMs, cash desks), payments, transfers of funds (cash desk, self-service terminals) are available, regardless of which bank you are a client of Human. Each bank has its own restrictions.
