The Deposit Guarantee Fund sold the office building of M R Bank (formerly Sberbank) for UAH 84 million. The winner of the auction was Cosmopolitan 2016 LLC, the beneficiary of which is the co-owner of the Cosmo Multimall shopping center Oleg Vishnyakov, reports the Ukrainian edition of Forbes with a link to data in the Prozorro system.

The company offered to pay UAH 84.4 million for the asset, which UAH 0.9 million more than the starting price.
The office space is located in the center of Kyiv on Bolshaya Vasylkivska Street, 85-87.
Non-residential premises with a total area of 1004 square meters were put up for auction. m, three air conditioners, a lamp and a spotlight.
It should be noted that the Deposit Guarantee Fund has been trying to sell this asset since the end of 2022.
