After 70 years of cooperation with Adidas, the German national football team is moving to a new sponsor – the American giant Nike. This is stated in the statement of the German football association.

From 2027, all German national teams will wear Nike equipment. The agreement runs until 2034. Financial terms were not disclosed.
In Germany, this news was received ambiguously, accusing the leadership of the football union of treason.
Collaboration with Adidas began in 1954. During this time, German teams wearing Adidas equipment received:
