The Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals is putting up for re-auction the asset of Ibox Bank JSC, the starting price is UAH 5.7 million. This was reported by the press service of the Guarantee Fund.

The auction will take place on March 12, 2024 in the Prozorro system .Sales.
The borrower is not in the process of cessation and operates in the wholesale trade of solid, liquid, gaseous fuels and similar products. The total amount of debt is UAH 5.7 million. (loan body together with accrued interest).
The following collateral for the loan was given: a complex of an automobile gas filling compressor station with equipment in Berezhany (Ternopil region) and a building of an automobile gas filling compressor station in Zhitomir with equipment.
The starting price of the lot is 5.7 million UAH. Bidding will take place according to the Dutch auction model. Both legal entities and individuals can take part in the auction, except for the Russian Federation or persons associated with the aggressor state.
The National Bank revoked the banking license of Ibox Bank and liquidated it in March 2023. The shareholders of Ibox Bank are Vladimir Drobot, who owns 73.92% of the shares, and Alena Shevtsova, who owns 24.98% of the shares.
