The Deposit Guarantee Fund is again putting up for auction the assets of Bank Finance and Credit. The total amount is UAH 2.2 billion. This was reported by the Fund's press service.

Claims under 10 loan agreements concluded with business entities were put up for auction. The borrowing companies operate in the production of pharmaceuticals and materials and are not in the process of cessation.
What is up for sale is not the property pledged as collateral under loan agreements, but the right to recover from the debtor the debt or collateral in court or out of court.
The auction will be held according to the Dutch “hybrid” auction model.
