The Ministry of Digital Transformation has developed technical requirements for the creation of a system for the circulation of alcohol and tobacco products. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development.

“We are actively working on the implementation of the e-Excise Tax. We developed and published technical requirements for creating a system for the circulation of alcohol and tobacco products. There, Ukrainians can familiarize themselves with the functionality of the future system and the mechanism for calculating excise tax,” the message says.

It is noted that “eExcise” should help businesses protect their goods from counterfeiting, will significantly simplify the procedure for obtaining excise stamps without unnecessary visits to tax and paperwork.
“We work to ensure that Ukraine does not lose funds due to the shadow market of alcohol and tobacco,” – added to the Ministry of Digital Development.
