In March, the National Bank applied measures of influence to two banks and ten non-bank financial institutions for violations in the field of financial monitoring and currency legislation. RwS bank was fined twice – UAH 21 million and UAH 400 thousand, and a warning was also issued. This was reported by the NBU press service.

“RwS bank” was punished for untimely submission of reports to the NBU, as well as improper verification of new and existing clients. There are other violations on the list.
Ukrgasbank was fined UAH 500 thousand for violations in servicing clients who are politically exposed persons or members of their families.
