On January 19, 2024, the Supervisory Board of Ukrgasbank canceled its decision of December 28, 2023 on the election of Lyubomir Punchev as a member of the board of Ukrgasbank. This is stated on the website of the Agency for the Development of the Stock Market Infrastructure of Ukraine (SMIDA).

He was elected as a member of the board from February 1, 2024 for a period of 5 years. However, this decision has now lost force.
Lyubomir Punchev, according to a statement from Ukrgasbank, did not have time to assume the position of a member of the bank’s board before his appointment was cancelled.
Now for the position that was planned to be filled by Lyubomir Punchev, the new candidate was not elected.
