«The networks of the city of Kyiv are 70% in disrepair. Such a valve or pipe break can occur anywhere in the capital. We can’t even predict, because of the 2000 kilometers of Kiev networks (these are hot supply and heat supply pipes), 80% no longer worked longer than their service life,” said Vitrenko
When At the same time, the deputy of the Kiev City Council emphasized that in municipal programs related to public utilities this is not spelled out in the budget, and the replacement of networks is not budgeted.
