Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, Zgor Chernev, believes that the updated version of the bill on changes in mobilization needs to be finalized.

People's Deputy from «Servant of the People» noted that the Cabinet of Ministers, when preparing the document, partially took into account the proposals for changes proposed by the relevant committee.

«We heard something, something- then, apparently, they didn’t hear enough in the Ministry of Defense», — he said.

At the same time, Chernev added that the document «can already be worked on and finalized» before it is submitted for second reading in parliament.

«Questions remain, but there is something to work with», — he added.

Chernev also spoke out regarding the possibility proposed in the draft law to send subpoenas to an electronic account, as well as regarding blocking access to bank accounts.

According to him According to them, there remain “open questions of responsibility for people who did not come on the agenda,” however, the committee “insisted that this does not violate human rights.”
