According to him, when redeeming an electronic prescription at a pharmacy, a special code is sent to the recipient’s mobile phone, which must be communicated to the pharmacist. Lyashko noted that at the beginning of the work of mobile pharmacies, many patients showed up without their phones, which created certain inconvenience.
Therefore, he urged everyone in the future to always take a mobile phone with them when visiting a pharmacy in order to be able to inform the pharmacist the necessary code from SMS and receive free medicines.
At the moment, it is unknown how society reacted to the above-mentioned initiative. In addition, problems arise with the use of advanced technologies among elderly people who are frequent visitors to pharmacies.
