Energy expert Andrei Zakrevsky told whether the Russians could destroy all underground storage facilities and thus leave Ukrainians without gas.
This information was reported by Tsn, URA-Inform reports.
Recently at the company «Naftogaz» reported about regular attacks by Russian terrorists on two underground gas storage facilities in Ukraine.
Zakrevsky spoke about the nuances of underground gas storage facilities and explained why Russia will not be able to completely destroy them.
According to him, it is possible to destroy the external infrastructure of these underground storage facilities, however, in order to leave Ukrainians without gas — there should be about 70 massive missile strikes on these objects.
&# 171;When driving from Lviv to Ivano-Frankivsk, you can pass three underground gas storage facilities. And there are thousands of technical wells that are interconnected. Well, they dug one well. There is a question about when they got into the compressor, but our transit is not working now and it will not work soon, and therefore we have 70 objects from which we can pick up the equipment. And the Russians will get tired of shooting all this. And if they need 70 massive attacks — well, let it be. To ensure that we are without gas for at least more than a week, we need 70 such shellings», — explained Andrey Zakrevsky.
We recall that it was previously reported why the protection at the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant did not work: Nayem identified the main problem.
