Launching in Ukraine pilot project of the Unified Housing and Utilities Services Platform. The new service will provide users with an electronic account where they can find out current tariffs and conclude an agreement for services online.

This was announced by Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal during a government meeting, URA-Inform reports.

According to Shmygal, the new project is an important step towards streamlining the housing and communal services sector in the country. The platform will automate processes, make services more accessible and convenient for users, and improve a system for recording consumers and monitoring the quality of services provided.

The new platform will allow each user to create their own electronic account, where they can obtain all the necessary information about suppliers and service providers, tariffs, the results of reviewing applications, as well as the ability to enter into or terminate contracts online. It is important to note that the system will be integrated with other information resources, which will ensure the exchange of data between different platforms.

The Prime Minister expressed hope that as many communities as possible will join the implementation of this project. This will improve interaction between users and service providers, ensuring more transparent and efficient management of the public utility sector.

It is also worth recalling that Ukraine is launching new rules for issuing cash at the cash desk: the NBU has made an important decision.
