This decision is evidence of a new personnel strategy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, aimed at attracting effective specialists regardless of their past political status.
After finishing his political career, Lyashko went through a transformation from a media figure and leader of a political movement to an active military serviceman. Over the past two years of service in the 63rd separate separate brigade, he has managed to prove himself as a specialist in the field of drones, which has allowed him to establish himself among the military leadership.
Military sources emphasize that Lyashko has not only mastered working with unmanned systems, but also made a valuable contribution to the development of tactical operations using drones. His skills in organizing and managing personnel, acquired in political activities, were successfully adapted to the needs of the brigade.
