Modern medicine and folk traditions increasingly intersect, especially when it comes to such universal remedies as apple cider vinegar.
This was reported by URA-Inform with reference to the telegram channel “Doctor in the Pocket”.
As it turns out, a regular foot bath with the addition of the above-mentioned product, carried out once a week, can significantly improve well-being and appearance, experts say. Apple cider vinegar contains many bioactive compounds, such as organic acids, antioxidants and enzymes, which provide its multifunctional effect. Among the key effects of regular foot baths with vinegar:
- normalization of the acid-base balance of the skin: vinegar lowers the pH level, creating an unfavorable environment for the growth of pathogenic microorganisms, including fungal infections;
- antibacterial effect: vinegar has been confirmed to inhibit the growth of bacteria, eliminating unpleasant foot odors even after long hours in closed shoes;
- improving microcirculation: warm water combined with vinegar activates blood circulation, which helps to relax muscles and reduce swelling.

- pour warm (not hot!) water into a comfortable basin;
- add one glass of natural apple cider vinegar;
- for aroma and an additional relaxing effect, add a few drops of essential oil, such as lavender or tea tree.
- Dip your feet in the solution and leave for 30 minutes
Do this procedure once a week, and in a month you will notice the following changes: the skin will become smoother, foot fatigue will disappear, and fungal infections will be minimized.
