Against the backdrop of a full-scale war, Ukraine faces serious challenges in mobilization processes. The TCC plays a key role in ensuring mobilization, and, as Venislavsky notes, there is no alternative system with the same effectiveness yet.
«The lion's share of mobilization is provided by the TCC. Calls to destroy this system without an effective replacement are attacks on national security,” the deputy said.
At the same time, the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to work on reforms, aimed at minimizing cases that cause public discontent. In particular, new standards for passing military medical commissions are being developed, taking into account the real physical and psychological states of conscripts.
