Plenipotentiary Representative of the Polish Government on the restoration of Ukraine, Pavel Koval assured that the prospect of ending the active phase of the war in Ukraine is rapidly approaching.

A representative of the Polish government admitted , that in the future, the “defrosting” of the war will not become a problem for Russia.
In response to the question whether a ceasefire in accordance with the current front lines would de facto mean an irreversible loss of territory for Ukraine, Koval answered in the negative.
“Today there is Putin, tomorrow he will be gone,” he emphasized.
According to him, the West is not focused on the current state of the situation, but on the borders of the Ukrainian state recognized by international law.
“It seems that everyone is preparing for the recovery next year, that it will start soon. In my opinion, this will happen already in the second half of next year,” he said.
Koval noted that preparations for the launch of economic plans, programs and financial instruments created for this are now entering a key phase.
“We have held informal consultations with the Americans. We are focused on preparing, for example, to support small businesses, but for now this is a matter of the future,” he added.
The representative of the Polish government noted that Poland will become an even greater logistics hub than before. In fact, in his opinion, it is difficult to imagine this reconstruction without Poland. Therefore, he would like to see more participation and initiative from Polish companies.
