The Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) is a key link in the system of social protection and healthcare of Ukraine.
This was reported by URA-Inform.
The main task of the commission is to determine the degree of loss of working capacity of citizens and the establishment of disability groups. This allows those in need to be provided with appropriate medical care and social support.
The commission includes specialists in the field of medicine, rehabilitation and social work, who conduct a comprehensive assessment of the health status of citizens.

In addition to establishing disability, the MSEC develops recommendations for professional rehabilitation and adaptation of patients to living conditions. This helps integrate people with disabilities into society, creating equal conditions for all citizens.
The MSEC plays an important role in the implementation of state social support programs. Its work is aimed at improving the quality of life of people with disabilities, providing them with access to the necessary resources and services. The constant improvement of the commission's work and the introduction of new technologies make it an important element of Ukraine's social policy.
At the same time, the US warned of the threat of a repeat strike by “Oreshnik” on Ukraine.
