The Rada proposes to update price tags in Ukrainian stores.
This was reported by “URA-Inform” with reference to Dmitry Gurin.
People's Deputy from “Servant of the People” Dmitry Gurin reported that price tags may be updated in Ukraine in stores. In particular, they may display information about the cost of the product per liter or kilogram.
“We are submitting a bill so that price tags would be required to indicate the price per liter/kg and all these 850 ml bottles of milk would become a thing of the past,” Gurin said.
< p>He noted that the corresponding initiative will be registered in parliament next week. However, the MP did not give any details of the bill, but noted that it would only benefit consumers.
“Well, this will give them (consumers, – ed.) the opportunity to buy products more profitably. We may be talking about several percent of total expenses. This is a lot, especially when there is little money,” – emphasized Dmitry Gurin.
Also in Ukraine, potato prices have begun to increase: how much does a kilogram cost.
