Ukraine and the United States agree to create an investment recovery fund, which will be aimed at financing the restoration of the country after the war. The document provides for joint management of the Fund and establishes the conditions for the use of fossil resources of Ukraine. & Nbsp;

The fund is created as a joint initiative of the two states and will be regulated by a separate agreement. Management will be carried out by representatives of the governments of Ukraine and the USA. Financing involves both American investments and receipts from the monetization of the natural resources of Ukraine, including oil, gas and minerals. Ukraine will make 50% of income from future monetization of state natural resources.
2. Guarantees of transparency and control & nbsp;
the parties agreed that not a single share of the fund can be sold or transferred without mutual consent. This provides protection against speculation and unfair use of resources. The fund will also be subject to international control to guarantee the effective use of funds. & Nbsp;
3. The following steps for implementation
In order for the fund to start work, the Ukrainian parliament must ratify the agreement. After that, Ukrainian and American experts will form the final text of the agreement on the functioning of the fund, determine the mechanisms of investment distribution and priority projects. & Nbsp;
