To prepare this dish, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 kg young potatoes
  • 170 g mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried garlic
  • A pinch of smoked paprika
  • A pinch of dried onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by step instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (or 200°C with fan). Wash and dry the potatoes well.

2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with seasonings until smooth. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly.

3. Place the potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.

4. Switch the oven to grill mode and watch carefully so that the potatoes are browned but not burnt.

5. Let the dish rest for a while, season with salt and pepper and serve.
