Answering a question about the possibility of Ukrainian strikes outside borders, Swozzi emphasized the importance of holding Russia accountable for its actions.
«I do not wish to question the policies of our government or the Ukrainian government, however , I personally believe that Russia should bear the consequences of its actions. Vladimir Putin understands only force, and he needs to make it clear that this is possible. He needs to wipe his nose. They must be held accountable for their actions, and this may require some drastic measures,» — said the American congressman.
