Josep Borrell, head of European diplomacy, called on allies to continue supporting Ukraine until Vladimir Putin decides to stop war.

He emphasized that it is important to continue to support Ukraine, and called on allies to hold Kyiv’s hand until the country achieves an end to the conflict with its resistance.
