The head of the Ukrainian state Vladimir Zelensky spoke about the prospects for an end to the bloodshed.

This year is a turning point. It can be called determining the further contours of the war, — Vladimir Zelensky emphasized, assessing the large-scale conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which began on February 24, 2022.
According to him, the existing crisis reflects not only the political struggle, but also the spirit of people’s resistance. He added that every year of this war is, first of all, a test of courage.
“The first year was a test of survival, filled with fear and danger. The second year symbolized sustainability, unification of efforts at the front and beyond. And this year, the third year, — This is a time of decisive decisions and changes. How we overcome these challenges depends on our courage and determination,” — he said next.
At the end, Zelensky added that the format of the conflict in the future will depend on the outcome of this year.
