As a result of the morning shelling of the city of Volchansk in the Kharkov region, one person was killed, one was injured, and a car caught fire.

Direct speech: “At about 10 o’clock there was enemy shelling (previously from the MLRS) of Volchansk, in the Chuguevsky district.
Unfortunately, the 66-year-old woman died in hospital from her injuries. A 63-year-old local resident is also receiving medical assistance on site.”
