Details : Timoshko noted that investigators had established that the Russians hit the Kharkiv Palace hotel building and a residential building in the center of Kharkov on the evening of December 30 with Iskander-M missiles.
According to him, it is known that 34 rooms were occupied in the hotel, but how many guests were present during the attack has not yet been calculated.
