A package of new large-scale sanctions against the Russian Federation will be aimed at, including against the Russian Federation Skov's car, as well as the regime that reinvestigates the oppositionists.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine in a statement sent to the US State Department by Matthew Miller.

Miller also said that entry will be blocked in order to ensure the end of the previous sanctions introduced against the Russian regime.
Sanctions directly related to the death of the Russian oppositionist Oleksiy Navalny are strictly prohibited.
Navalny's death
The Federal Service for Vicarious Punishment (FSVP) announced today , 16 fierce, about death politics of Oleksiy Navalny in colony No. 3 near the village of Kharp, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
