There is a clear algorithm for how to realize oneself and register for a specific military unit,” said an authorized representative of the Ministry of Defense.</p> <p>It is noted that regardless of the chosen specialty , everyone undergoes basic general military training for at least one month.</p> <p>“Further, if a person enters a position with a certain specialization, then professional training takes place. The person is trained for the position for which he enters the military unit. Previous experience and profession are also taken into account,” added the representative of the Ministry of Defense.</p> <h3 >Recruiting in the Armed Forces of Ukraine</h3> <ul> <li>In February 2024, the first recruiting center for the Ukrainian army in Ukraine was opened in Lviv. In the center you will be able to find out all the latest information about vacancies in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Five recruiters will work in the premises every day to advise everyone. This is the model used in the USA. Then the types of troops compete for mobilization resources and promote their ideology. </li> <li>On December 7 last year, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Natalya Kalmykova and General Director of the job search service Robota.ua Valery Reshetnyak signed a Memorandum of Cooperation as part of the implementation of the Ministry of Defense recruiting project. This is already the third company with which a corresponding agreement has been signed. The fourth company was Olx.ua.</li> <li>In November 2023, the Ministry of Defense announced that it would conduct recruiting for the Armed Forces through the Work.ua website.
