A large number of thermal power plants were hit by missiles and drones… The second part – the enemy hit a lot of so-called network nodes of NEC Ukrenergo: transformers and so on,” said Kovalenko.</p> <p>According to him, the DTEK Group, for example, has lost 50% of its generating capacity.</p> <p>Currently time continues to count the damage caused.</p> <p>“How much time and money is needed for restoration – we will find out in a few more days. I can say for sure that this process will not take a day, not a week or a month,” Kovalenko noted. .</p> <ul> <li>Energy Minister German Galushchenko said that on March 22, the Russian army carried out the largest attack on the Ukrainian energy sector in recent times.</li> <li>Dozens of facilities were damaged as a result of the massive attack in Ukraine energy systems, Ukrenergo reported. In particular, thermal and hydroelectric power plants, the main networks of the National Energy Company “Ukrenergo”, and the networks of oblenergos were damaged.
