Commander of the Ukrainian Defense Forces Mykola Oleshchuk confirmed the results of the night’s anti-aircraft defense work. According to this data, the launches took place from the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. The PPO operated in the Kharkiv, Sumy and Kiev regions.
To combat the attack, anti-aircraft missile units, mobile fire groups, and radio-electronic warfare capabilities of the Air Force were deployed.
During the last period of the occupation, five missiles and 74 air strikes were carried out.
The Russians also fired 152 rocket launchers from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of our troops and populated areas.
