It is specified that more than 99% of residential buildings of condominiums and housing cooperatives have been disconnected based on individual requests. Also, almost 80% of departmental housing was turned off from heat.

At the same time, heating systems continue to be turned off in social institutions, in particular in hospitals, clinics, schools, kindergartens, etc. Their shutdowns occur upon written requests from managers, taking into account the specifics of the establishments.
The end of the heating season in Kiev began on March 28 due to significant warming.
- Naftogaz expects to save up to 500 million cubic meters of gas thanks to the early end of the heating season. However, even with such savings, it is too early to talk about the resumption of exports. Ukraine went through the winter using its own gas. On the eve of the winter season, Chernyshev reported that 16 billion cubic meters of gas are stored in Ukrainian underground storage facilities. He noted that Ukraine continues its own gas production and has a “historic chance” to do without imports this winter.
