“I was glad to welcome the military leadership of Lithuania in Kyiv – Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Valdemaras Rupšys and Chief of the General Staff Mindaugas Steponevičius,” he noted.
He also said that a number of important issues were discussed during the meeting. In particular, regarding the situation on the battlefield, the training of our soldiers, and support for Ukraine.
“We have a clear action plan for further cooperation. I thanked my Lithuanian colleagues for their constant position and consistent military-technical support for our army,” the Commander-in-Chief added.
