In Ukraine there are no automatic fines for anyone who does not update their city Ikov's data to 16 linya.
RBC-Ukraine reported this through an interview with Mark Andrusyak, Director of the Department of Personnel Policy of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
He guessed that on the 16th of June the two-month period for updating military-regional data will end. With this order, the authorities wanted to establish a fair treatment for all communities before the end of their constitutional military system.
Communities must update their place of residence, telephone number and email address. In this case, people who have not updated their data may be subject to administrative responsibility – they face a fine of 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnia.
The Director of the Department of Personnel Policy of the Ministry of Defense said that his department does not support the continuation of terms for updating military-regional data. For which there was enough time.
Andrusyak also had a problem, and everyone was automatically issued fines for not updating data.
“The Law of Ukraine and other regulatory legal acts do not provide a procedure for automatically imposing fines” , – відповів він.
In this case, the official clarified that fines can be imposed within three months from the moment the offense is detected until one month from the moment of death.
