- rank of Major General of the Head of the Administration of the State Special Transport Service Oleksandr Yakovts (formerly brigadier general);
- rank of brigadier general to the chief of staff of the SBU Oleg Golovash (former colonel);
- rank of brigadier general to the head of the Main Investigation Department of the SBU Andriy Shvets (former colonel);
- rank of brigadier general to the intercessor head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleg Lugovsky (formerly a colonel).
Rotations at the ZSU
