Ukraine confiscated a dry cargo ship that illegally entered Crimean ports
By decision of Ukraine, a ship previously detained for an illegal event was transferred to the ports of Crimea.
This was reported by the press service of the State Border Service of Ukraine (SBSU).
The captain of the confiscated ship under the Cameroon flag is accused of violating the procedure for entering the occupied territories with the purpose of causing harm to state interests.

This is due to the fact that any operations in the ports of Crimea or the Sea of Azov violate international norms and the legislation of Ukraine.
- In July of this year, structures subordinate to the Ukrainian Navy detained the cargo ship USKO MFU, which was calling at the ports of Crimea occupied by the Russian Federation.
- The captain of the foreign sea vessel USKO MFU, which was exporting agricultural products through the closed seaports of the occupied Crimean peninsula, was notified in absentia of the suspicion.
