The war and migration required a lot of specialists from various fields, so for certain categories of workers, for whom it was more important to know a job before the full-scale invasion, a window of opportunity has opened. In addition, the reliance on top managers and highly qualified specialists is also growing.
RBC-Ukraine has learned that in some areas there is a particular shortage of healthcare workers, and where there is a lack of great competition.
A record number of vacancies
A record number of vacancies was recorded in Ukraine There are vacancies at the beginning of a large-scale invasion. Thus, last month, robot sellers posted 117,683 vacancies on the Work.ua robot search platform. As of June 18, the camp posted 110,603 vacancies there. The competitor website Robota.ua posted 111,219 current vacancies from 38,121 companies on the same day.
For many reasons, market control is now repeating the picture of fate before a large-scale war. The update is uneven: the situation at the end of the region in the center of the region is significantly different from the dynamics in the front-line regions.
The National Bank pointed out the difficult situation in the market in its macroeconomic and monetary outlook for this fate. The number of new vacancies added since 2023 will continue to grow.
