Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons found a toxic substance> >Despite repeated evidence from the military about the use of prohibited chemical compounds in shells by the Russians, only now the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons officially confirmed the fact of recording a toxic substance on the territory of Ukraine near the contact line. </p>
<p>According to “Obshchestvennoye”, experts have received direct evidence that the chemical agent CS was used in the combat zone. We are talking about the shelling of Ilyinka, which took place on September 20 of this year. </p>
<p>The use of this substances in ammunition is strictly prohibited and is a gross violation of international humanitarian law. At the same time, the organization's experts “do not aim to determine the source or origin of the toxic substance,” that is, they refuse to say that the attack was carried out by the Russian army.</p>
<p>The report refers to a settlement in the Dnipropetrovsk region near Marganets, which the Russians are shelling from the left bank of the Dnieper, and not to the village of the same name in Donetsk, which is currently being fought over. </p>
