testing new winter clothing and underwear developed for military personnel taking into account anthropometric data.

We are talking about:
- winter wind and moisture-proof jackets and pants,
- underwear for cold weather (shirt and long johns).
“The Ministry of Defense is improving the clothing supply for military personnel, making design changes to clothing and personal protective equipment taking into account the anthropological characteristics of women. The goal is to develop a new winter jacket and trousers, as well as demi-season and winter underwear. We must provide women with comfortable clothing that will meet their needs and allow them to more effectively perform combat and special tasks,” said Deputy Defense Minister Dmitry Klimenkov.
The main requirements for these items are defined by the technical specifications of the Ministry of Defense. “ – “Field uniform” and “Underwear”).
“We invite interested manufacturers (suppliers) to inform the Central Directorate for the Development of Material Support and the Command of the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by November 25, 2024 about the possibility of manufacturing and providing, free of charge, for military (research) testing at least 11 sets (units) of the above items. All applications for participation in the trials must be submitted exclusively through the portal. “Partner of the Ministry of Defense,” the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
