Russia strikes Sumy
The Russian army struck Sumy with “shahids” in the morning. The Russians struck a residential area. At least two people were killed and 12 were wounded, according to a statement from the OVA.
OVA Chairman Artem Kobzar reported the first strike at 5:32. He reported the second strike at 5:43.
“Unfortunately, there is also a dead person at the site where the second explosion occurred. The State Emergency Service, police, and ambulance are working at the scene. A headquarters will be deployed to eliminate the consequences,” Kobzar said.
