Respectfully, Yesterday, April 6, the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications changed the name of the “Scientific Center for the Development of Tourism” to the “Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security” and appointed the director of the political consultant as the new obligator Sergiya Bikova.
Against this background, a scandal flared up.
