“A woman born in 2002 was wounded in the stomach. Doctors fought for her life for almost a day until the last minute. But the wound was very serious,” said the acting head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Mykola Kalashnik.

“Investigators will begin criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the war crimes,” law enforcement officials reported.
