Russian National Guard members are recruiting teenagers in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk to enroll in the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
According to the Center for National Resistance, during the New Year celebrations, militants from the Russian National Guard visited orphanages in the occupied territories of Luhansk. During the meeting with the teenagers, the militants agitated to enter the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The occupiers also talked about teenagers about the so-called “fight against disobedience” to the Russian authorities. Anti-Western rhetoric was also heard during the measures.
