Suspects in making explosives for terrorist attack in Dnipro detained </p> <p>Two Russian agents who allegedly prepared the terrorist attack near the shopping center in Dnipro have been notified of suspicion. According to investigators, the couple made explosives for the Russians.</p> <p>The Prosecutor General's Office reported that Russian special services recruited the couple and ordered them to make explosives. The suspects did this in a rented apartment. </p> <p>“A representative of the Russian special services managed the creation process and provided detailed instructions online. The suspects then planted the explosives in the agreed location,” the report says. </p> <p>The perpetrator of the explosion was another man. On December 14, he took homemade explosives from a hiding place and planted them near an administrative building in the center of Dnipro. </p> <p>“Then, as a result of the terrorist attack, one person died. A man and two police officers who were on duty at the time were seriously injured. The perpetrator is currently in custody,” the Prosecutor General's Office recalled. </p> <p>At the same time, the spouses were planning to commit a number of other terrorist attacks ordered by the enemy. During the search, mobile phones were found in their possession, as well as items and components for making explosives. Law enforcement officers detained them and they are in custody. Suspicion was announced under Part 1 of Article 14, Part 2, 3 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (preparation and commission of a terrorist act by prior agreement by a group of persons).</p> <ul> <li>Recruitment and incitement of Ukrainians to commit terrorist attacks near the Shopping Center, police stations and other facilities is one of the elements of the war. Russians are looking for perpetrators of crimes who need money on social networks, and often minors agree to this. Russian special services not only do not pay the promised funds for the crime, but also plan to remotely detonate explosives with the perpetrators without their knowledge. </li> </ul> <p><!--noindex--></p> <p><a rel=lb.ua
