140 million euros have been allocated for humanitarian projects in Ukraine; the money will be used for emergency assistance, including food, shelter, clean water, medical care, and protection during the winter.
8 million euros have been allocated for humanitarian projects in Moldova; the money is intended to help Ukrainian refugees and host communities in Moldova. They will receive cash assistance, access to critical services such as health care and education, as well as psychosocial support.
