A very large-scale scheme for the theft of Ukrenergo assets. In the organization of the equipment, a huge defender of the head of the Kharkiv region is suspected, for no other reason.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine in a letter to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
What happened
For the sake of the 2022 budget, a former deputy of the Kharkiv region organized a scheme to steal electricity from Ukrenergo for 58.44 million hryvnia. In order to stop working, we got two friends: the founder and the director of a private company in Kiev that trades in energy products.

Participants in the equipment created three fictitious companies through which they collected electricity and sold it to their associates. At the same time, every company did not pay Ukrenergo for electricity.
“In case of obtaining a living income, the figures were taken out from the shadows, under the guise of paying the bog's crops, to answer to the affiliated companies. Further, the 'costs paid like the borg' were transferred to rahunki Other companies that are registered in the Balkans,” the SBU reports.
Under the hour of complex visits, the screening was carried out by the founder of the capital company.
What is the threat
A large deputy and the director of the enterprise were informed in absentia of suspicion for:
- h. 3, 5 tbsp. 27 hours 5 tbsp. 191;
- h. 3 tbsp. 27, part 3 art. 209.
The founder of a private company was charged with suspicion under Part 5 of Art. 191, part 3 art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Criminals face up to 12 years in prison.
