The case against the officials was previously sent to court. Their accomplice – an entrepreneur – is accused of receiving illegal benefits, forgery of an official document (Part 2 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Part 3 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 5 years.
