Special rules will be created for employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC and SP), “said Vitaly Sarantsev, head of the communications department of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“We are now starting work on developing compliance, that is, a set of rules for the observance by the TCC military of certain norms, policies, rules for the treatment of conscripts. And this should also be mandatory for everyone. It will be proven, they will work on it, people will think about how to behave, how to do their work so as not to violate the rules that the enemy is pressing and making the most of,” he said.

About 500 people have been identified who burned Ukrainian Armed Forces vehicles and were preparing terrorist attacks near the TCC buildings

Sarantsev reported that this work should be completed by the end of February.

He also emphasized that all incidents involving TCC and SP workers are already being investigated, and conclusions are being made. The enemy continues to stir up the situation.

“As for the term “busification” – I will say honestly, I would like it to disappear from our lexicon altogether. Especially since it also came to us thanks to the enemy's information work against us. Words like “busification”, “lyudoliny” – these are all elements of the Russian IPSO. And now it has become a meme. However, all this very easily enters our usage,” noted Sarantsev.

As a result of the incident, the terrorist died on the spot, and 8 servicemen were injured to varying degrees of severity.
  • On February 5, the SBU and the National Police detained three suspects in the terrorist attack near the Shopping and Entertainment Center building in Pavlograd, Dnipropetrovsk region. They turned out to be three men aged 21 and 22, who were looking for “easy” money on Telegram channels.
  • On February 5, an explosion thundered near the Shopping and Entertainment Center building in Kamyanets-Podilskyi. A man who brought explosives into the building was killed.
