Manchester United target Lunin, but Real Madrid blocks transfer

Andriy Lunin has become an object of interest for Manchester United, which is ready to pay up to 80 million euros for the Ukrainian goalkeeper. As IZ reports with reference to GOL dijital, the management of the English club considers him as a potential reinforcement of the squad before the next season. At the same time, Real Madrid does not intend to let the player go, highly appreciating his contribution to the team and stable play this season.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has confirmed that the club has no plans to sell Lunin, despite a serious offer from England. The Ukrainian goalkeeper has become an important figure after Thibaut Courtois' injury, demonstrating a high level of play. Madrid believe that losing a promising goalkeeper is not worth it, especially considering his role in the dressing room and potential for the future.

New United manager Ruben Amorim is keen to make significant changes to his squad and the transfer window could be a key stage in that process. Lunin has made ten appearances for Real this season, keeping four clean sheets and conceding thirteen goals in total. The English club are hopeful of convincing Madrid to change their stance on selling the goalkeeper.
