Estonia has promoted the capabilities of its defense industry to ensure the security and defense forces of Ukraine, reports the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The delegation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine discussed the priorities of security assistance and the capacity of the Estonian defense industry with the Minister of Defense of Estonia Hanno Pevkur, who arrived in Kiev on a working visit.
Participating in the negotiations were the Intercessor of the Minister of Defense for European Integration Sergiy Boev, the Intercessor of the Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization Katerina Chernorenko, as well as the Intercessor Minister Valery Churkin.
The Minister of Defense of Estonia, Hanno Pevkur, proposed a plan to improve the capabilities of the Estonian defense-industrial complex on the waste of Ukraine and aware of the possibilities of growth.
“Estonia will continue to help and support Ukraine – our budget sees more than 0.25% of GDP for this. We are committed to ensuring that Ukraine has everything it needs to achieve justice and justice for the world,” said Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur.
In addition, Estonia will continue to work to ensure the security of Ukrainian military ammunition and will provide funding for other important areas of support: 5 million euros each IT coalitions for the training of Ukrainian military servicemen.
The parties also decided to force the work from supplying Ukraine with drones. Estonia enters before the transition of the countries that are members of the Drone Coalition, and there is a lot of pressure.
“The format of cooperation with Estonia makes it more effective, and also provides the opportunity to utilize the necessary opportunities for the security of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. This is the image that Ukraine is guided by in its interactions with our other allies. “We have already submitted a list of priorities to the Estonian side,” said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Sergiy Boev.
In addition, the Minister’s Intercessor Katerina Chernogorenko presented the Estonian side with Ukraine’s access to digital technologies.
